Risima Housing Finance has a six (6) members board committee .The committee meets on a quarterly basis, and oversees all strategic guidance and governance of the company. The list of members is as follows:

Chairperson: Mr Matome Solomon Ralebipi

Qualifications

BCOM (Acc) (University of Limpopo), Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Auditing (University of the Witwatersrand), Certificate in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC), Certificate in Strategic Leadership, (University of Stellenbosch) and Certificate in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC).

Professional Affiliation and/or Memberships

Ralebipi is a member of the following bodies: Institute of Directors, Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Black Management Forum (BMF).

Experience

He has experience in the following fields: Private and Public Sector Auditing, Financial Accounting, Information Technology, Executive Management, Business Consulting, Computer Security, Computer Audit, Judicial Management, Forensic investigations, Board leadership roles and Audit Committee leadership Roles.

Directorship

He previously served as a Chairperson of Road Agency Limpopo; and the following Boards: LEDA Investment Committee; LEDA Audit Committee and Thabazimbi Municipality Audit committee. Currently, he serves as a Deputy Chairperson of Makhado-Musina Special Economic Zone (SOC) Ltd, and a Director at LEDA.

 

 

Deputy Chairperson: Mr Charles Sepeke Nkadimeng

Qualifications

Masters Public Administration (University of Pretoria); Executive Development Programme (University of Stellenbosch business school) B.Juris (University of Limpopo) Certificate in Company Law and Board leadership Programme.

Experience

He is a management consultants and Corporate Advisor in various fields including ICT, Mining, Land restitution, Renewable energy Logistics and Fleet management, Strategy and Corporate governance, in Limpopo, infrastructure development and marketing.

Directorship

He previously served in the following Boards: Chairperson of Risima Board; LEDA Board and Audit Committee. He is currently an executive director of Moopong and Leshoka Corporate Service (PTY) LTD. He is currently the advisor to the community of Ga-Mphahlele on land claims and mining projects.

Director: Mr Charlie Edgar Mushwana

Qualifications

United Nations Development Programme (UMDP), Leadership Development Programme, Africare in conjunction with the United States Agency for International Development: Training for Governance in the new south Africa project (Richmond, Virginia, United States of America (USA) school for District Managers: Sales Management, Old Mutual :Capital needs Analysis and  Junior Secondary Teachers course: Tivumbeni college class of 1977.

Experience

He has experience in both Public and private sector. He was a former MEC of Education, Housing and Finance in Limpopo Legislature. He is a director of SNA Civil & Structural Engineers (PTY) Ltd, multi-disciplined consulting engineering services company which specialises in Roads Engineering and other infrastructure related work, including bridges and other structures.

He is currently a director iMED AFRICA (Pty) LTD Director; SNA Provincial and Structural Engineers and SNA Provident Fund Committee Chair.

Director: Mr Mmantsitsi Maphuta

Qualification

Teachers Diploma (Kwena Moloto College); Certificate in Corporate Governance Leadership and Certificate in Governance Leadership (Gordon Institute of Business Science)

Experience

He has experience in construction industry (both Civil and Building). He is a director of Telecommunications (PTY) Ltd specialises in network technology. He was part of the board that amalgamated, LimDev, LIBSA, TIL and ADC.

Directorship

He previously served in the following boards: Chairperson of Great North Transport; member of LEDA Board; Sekhukhune Telecommunications PTY Ltd; Sekhukhune Development Agency, LimDev; Chairperson of Sefateng Chrome Mine. He is a member of LEDA Board and a Chairperson of LEDA Board Credit and Investment committee, under his chairmanship the committee played a pivotal role in the recruitment of a strategic investor in the Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone.
